Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Shore Pointe Care Center is looking for a reliable and devoted Registered Nurse (RN), to take on the role of Unit Manager at our long-term care facility.
This is a Full-Time Salaried Position Monday-Friday with rotating on-call weekend requirements Responsibilities Entail:
Monitor nursing staff in delivering quality care to each resident Ensure that nursing staff follows policy and procedures, including appropriate dress code Attend and participate in morning clinical review meeting Review 24- hour resident change in condition report daily and correspond with DON on changes in treatments as necessary Review resident medical records and documentation to ensure clinical programs are in place per policy and procedures Collaborate with the Educator on programs which meet the educational needs of staff Ensure required documentation is completed for every shift in compliance with state and federal rules and regulations Maintain compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations on unit, reporting any known violations to the Administrator and DON Assist the DON/ADON with preparing performance evaluations as directed.
Greet new admissions and families and assist nursing staff with the admission process as needed Ensure that all admission documentation is complete in a timely manner Monitor medication distributions and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled Provide direct nursing care as necessary
Qualifications:
Must be currently licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing At least 1 year of Supervisory Experience Experience in Long Term Care Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
