Position
Summary:
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who will provide excellent financial data entry, record-keeping, and assistance to the Finance Department.
Duties:
Perform data entry for the Finance Department Maintain accounting records and filing documents Assist with the processing of Accounts Payable Assist with clerical duties Research various financial requests Compute and record numerical data Filing and confidential maintenance of accounting records Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent data entry and office administrative skills.
Incoming phone call management skills.
Ability to multi-task efficiently.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Detail and accuracy focused.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Proficient computer skills Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma of GED equivalent.
