Answer telephones and greet clients Provide information to clients log and distribute incoming mail including regular and electronic mail Set up, organize and maintain client files in accordance with recognized procedures and standards Record and monitor deadlines Collect and retrieve information from files as needed Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets Transcribe dictation Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, meetings and travel arrangements Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences Provide administrative support including copying, scanning and faxing coordinate client billing process Send out client conflict emails Manage calendar, emails and phone calls for Partner For almost 40 years, Cg Tax, Audit & Advisory (Cg) has helped clients stay focused on the road ahead(TM) by maximizing savings, increasing profitability and achieving financial goals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
