Job Description:
The Violations Administrative Assistant will serve as the liaison between the office, and Municipal/City Agencies.
Essential Functions:
Receives, records, and assigns complaints from the Department of Education / Department of Corrections.
Manage and prepares resolutions to notices of violation, notice and orders, and citations according to applicable codes and regulations and sends to respective parties.
Create/update status reports as necessary Assists with various administrative tasks such as scheduling deliveries from vendors, performing data entry and communicating with stakeholders.
Updates and maintains available electronic information in our database and learning how to use the City website.
Other duties as assigned.
