Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain and organize office documents, files, and records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Help in organizing company events and activities.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; additional qualifications are a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
