Oversee the daily operations of a medical office, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Manage and coordinate administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and manage patient scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
Maintaining client relationships.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with training and development of office staff Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using phone systems, electronic health record systems, and other relevant technology Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience in medical office management is a plus Previous experience in team management is preferred This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
