Responsibilities:
Handling patient needs Educating the general public at periodic weekend community events & setting up appointments Performing consultations & health assessments with new & existing patients Tracking patient progress throughout care Greeting patients with a smile & love Handling phone calls & making follow-up calls Recording notes into electronic health records Responding to e-mails Taking & recording transactions Performing health insurance benefits checks (no previous training required) Taking x-rays upon certification Billing health & auto insurance (No previous training required) Managing accounts of patients
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
