Late letters and phone calls made to delinquent accounts.
Court filings with attorney Ability to keep accurate records Coverage for leasing consultants
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Rent Manager software, a plus.
Accurate record keeping Accounts Receivable or Collections experience preferred.
Customer service skills preferred.
