POSITION:
TEMPORARY, PART-TIME HR ASSISTANT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide payroll support, scanning and filing HR documentation, auditing HR files, following up on missing information, and special projects as assigned by Manager.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects.
Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data.
Assists with delivering core HR processes like scanning, filing, auditing timekeeping, and program implementations.
May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent.
Good organizational, communication, and computer technology skills Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
1 - 2 years of general clerical work experience, preferably in an HR function or with some HR coursework.
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 20 to 25 hours per week, preferably at least 3 days per week including Monday and Tuesday and Thursday OR Friday.
$18 - $20/hour.
