Job Description:
First Enroll, LLC is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support the company, across multiple functions.

Written communication skills are essential to the success of administrative coordinator, who must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to educational and more.

What you'll do:
Schedule appointments and meetings, distribute mail and reports; manage correspondence between the office and external entities Assist in the Human Resources function by managing job postings, inviting candidates to interview, and manage the time off policies; serve as the primary contact for all employee benefits Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical Compile and maintain records of business transactions Manage office inventory and work with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials Collate and distribute mail Manage travel arrangements for staff, as needed Other duties as assigned Who you are:
High School diploma or GED At least 2 years of directly related experience Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with phone, scanning and electronic related software with ability to maneuver through basic computer based applications Compensation:
Health, Dental, Vision and Life 401k plan w/ 4% match Paid Time off and Paid Holiday Time .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
