Motivated teamwork and high performer! 3-5 years management / customer service experience preferred.
Strong accounts receivable / payable experience Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
Strong decision-making skills Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Ability to manage employee staffing and customer service concerns.
Office Manager duties:
Ensure that you and your team maintain a professional appearance, positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.
Accounts payable / receivables Payroll processing Promote an All Star customer service team.
Answers customers' questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.
Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
Manages staff, communicates job expectations, and performs appraisals and job reviews.
Meet company / customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepare annual budgets, and schedules expenditures.
Improves customer service quality results by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Audits office and customer service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.
Strongly enforces company policies and procedures.
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and visiting operational environments.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Ability to translate the company's strategic objectives daily with enthusiasm to your team.
Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by Manager / Supervisor.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
