Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, landscaping, and various facility-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage building maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance and quality of service.
Oversee landscaping projects, including lawn care and seasonal maintenance.
Coordinate snowplowing activities during inclement weather.
Provide hands-on assistance and supervision for maintenance tasks.
Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering necessary materials.
Act as a liaison between multiple store locations, coordinating messenger services and travel as needed.
Report directly to the CEO on facility-related matters.
Requirements:
Previous experience in facilities management or related field.
Strong understanding of building maintenance processes and contracts.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to oversee cleaning crews and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Knowledge of equipment contracts and maintenance schedules.
Willingness to travel between store locations as required.
