Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer accounts, ensure maximum customer support, evaluate customers' needs, makes recommendations and communicates these needs to management.
Energetic and effective salesperson that possesses an enthusiastic, professional attitude to handle a fast-pacedwork environment.
Participates incustomer training for new product lines and updates of existing lines.
Qualifications:
Mechanical Aptitude with five years of HVAC/R sales experience.
Technical Diploma in HVAC/R or work experience a plus.
Proactive thinker with a passion for business growth and profitability.
Must possess business acumen to grow business
Ability to interact with management regarding customer relations, sales, and training.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Effective salesperson that is conscientious, articulate, efficient and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
A proven track record of success
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Must be able to work independently and be an effective team player that works well with others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
