Candidate must be well versed in various types of Government Contracts
Daily administration of assigned contracts including financial analysis of estimates of service, material equipment, and production costs
Monitor company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintain continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations
Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contractual status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination
Initiate documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications
Prepare special reports and analysis as needed.
Monthly tasks include: Customer invoicing; subcontractor approval and monitoring, material purchasing, travel, distribution of customer deliverables
Other duties and projects as assigned
BS Finance or Accounting preferred

Strong Excel skills
