OfficeTeam is currently seeking a temporary Data Entry/ Office Assistant for one of our clients located in the Monmouth County area. This position would be temporary reporting to the Office Manager. The main responsibilities of this position would include: managing calendars, managing travel arrangements, typing correspondence, answering phones, sorting mail, handling FedEx/UPS shipments, filing, data entry and other duties as assigned. This is a temporary assignment for 2 months+. The requirements for the temporary Data Entry/ Office Assistant position would include: advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, must be able to multi-task, must have a strong desire to succeed! This is an excellent position to work with a well established company in the Monmouth County area. This is a temporary position for 2 months+.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
