Purpose of the position:
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for assisting the outside Sales Team and Sales Managers
Ideal candidate requires an in-depth knowledge of a CRM database, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Applications. Demonstrates a basic industry knowledge that may include the following: key competitors, and terminology. A general understanding and technical competence in industrial manufacturing. Detail-oriented, organized and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and coordinate projects between various teams.

Job Description:
In conjunction with the outside sales team coordinate customer development and and sales efforts via ACT! (Company's CRM platform)
ACT! Point of Contact for all users, train and re-train all ACT! users, audit users understanding and utilization
Define and update standards and processes for ACT! users (maintain comprehensive documentation for ACT! utilization specific to Company/Department requirements)
Work with sales team to evaluate and update ACT! information entered is relevant and useful (relative to standard fields and UDF's)
Design and generate reports via CRM, Sage 100/Crystal Reports
Preform regular and ongoing maintenance relative to contacts, company, groups, historical data
Assist Sales Team with analysis of sales performance data
Assist Sales Team with analysis of current accounts, inactive accounts, competitor accounts and potential leads
Research and analyze market share of BRECOflex and product groups.

Requirements for this position:
o High School Diploma or GED
o Prior Sales Support experience
o Daily schedule of 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
o Optimal utilization of time management
o Excellent follow-up skills
o Knowledge of Microsoft applications
o Sage 100/MAS 200 knowledge A+
o Knowledge of CRM (preferably ACT!)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
