Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- full time - evening shift
Jersey Shore Center - Genesis HealthCare is a 158 bed facility. We are seeking full time LPNs for our 3p-1130p shift. The LPN delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Collects, reports, and documents objective and subjective data.
Observes conditions and reports changes to RN.
Contributes to and assists in developing interventions to achieve goals.
Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
Uses Point Click Care (PCC) according to business practice.
Participates in review and revision of care plans.
Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to provide timely effective care consistent with individual's needs, choices, and preferences.
Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
Must be currently licensed in the state of NJ.
Experience in long term care preferred.
This position requires the employee is able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
